StartHealth Competition 2 is a global event looking to identify, mentor and invest in the most promising early-stage healthcare technology startups that are serving India’s masses – the 20 crore families living on under 25,000 rupees per month.
This edition of the competition will see the semifinalists pitching to the program partners followed by a one-on-one mentoring session; selected finalists will pitch to a jury panel consisting of healthcare experts in the Final round.
30 semi-finalists will be shortlisted based on the competition rubric and will be connected to program partners. On 6th and 7th October 2015, the semi-finalists will pitch to these team from the incubators followed by a mentoring session. 10 out of the 30 semi-finalists will be shortlisted to pitch to the jury on 15th October 2015, again based on the competition rubric. The winner will be announced on 19th October 2015.
The StartHealth competition winner gets INR 10 Lakhs as prize money; The winner and the runner-up teams get an opportunity to pitch for the StartHealth investment program which includes receiving upto INR 50 Lakhs of non-dilutive funding, support from StartHealth partners and potential seed investment of upto INR 2 crores
