This Thursday, enpact is collaborating with The Kijiji, home to a growing community of individuals and organisations who are creating a better Kenya, in order to offer a workshop on the topic: “User centricity – Why you should be your customers best friend”.

If you do not understand your customers needs, you will soon be out of business. Businesses need to continuously innovate to remain relevant, and it is now more important than ever to understand your customer.

During this experiential session you will learn about design thinking methodologies and how to apply the process to your business in order to define your customer/user through qualitative user research and finding the right problem-product fit. For extra team alignment bring your colleagues or co-founders!

NB: It’s more beneficial for you to come with a least one of your team members.

The workshop will be facilitated by Daniela Lopes, enpact mentor.

Daniela’ s natural habitat is the international startup scene, where she helps entrepreneurs in the vertical of mobility & energy scale up their businesses. She previously worked in the field of training & development for Incubators and managed EU-wide programs for startup ecosystem building on behalf of the European Commission.
