The Thomson Reuters Foundation and BowmansKenya are thrilled to be hosting a pro bono legal workshop and networking event for social enterprises in Nairobi. Given our valued relationship with your amazing social enterprise, we thought it prudent to invite you to this first of its type workshop in Nairobi and give you the opportunity to interact with one of Africa’s best legal firms – free of charge!
This interactive workshop will explore some of the main corporate and commercial law issues encountered by social enterprises in Kenya. All participating social enterprises will receive high-level, preliminary insight on one or more of the following areas of common legal issues: corporate governance and structuring, intellectual property, commercial agreements and employment law.
